Program Overview

Phase 1: Students reflect on their past experiences to hone in on their skills, talents, and interests, and uncover their natural gifts.

Phase 2: We help students match their passions and unique gifts to possible careers. 

Phase 3: We provide students with the skills necessary to pursue their ideal careers, by helping them to utilize and master experiences like informational interviewing, shadowing, and internships.
